Shipping
We process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped within a few business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, exchanges may be possible for unworn items in their original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and your order number so we can assist you.
